I have no reservations that this is a refurbished product. Both E1500's are used as Wi-Fi access points in my house. WAN Router is a ARRIS provided by my cable provider, but I previously used a Cisco-Linksys WRT-160Nv3 with dd-wrt for the router. Both E1500's are running dd-wrt firmware instead of the OEM firmware.
