Apr 12, 2014 · Like I said previously, Paypal used to combine multiple credit cards listed on my account to come up with a total sum of money from both cards that by themselves do not have enough money, however when combined by paypal, I would have enough money to make the purchase. It seems like paypal has changed something preventing me to do this.
